Summary Monday through Friday 7:45 to 3:30. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in [Location]. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals with developmental disabilities develop essential skills and behaviors, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill development. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent support. Monitor progress through data collection and analysis. Provide training and guidance to staff on behavioral interventions. Advocate for the needs of clients within the community. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards. Participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral assessment tools. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
