IT Manager

Manage, guide, and mentor a team of network professionals within the Information Technology department. Management of firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP, and wireless network infrastructure. Prepare recommendations based on monitoring results, tools analysis, and forensics. Perform analysis of network needs; be responsible for the design of network architecture, integration, and installation. Ensure accurate network diagrams and documentation are maintained. Maintain a high level of expertise in current and emerging technologies. Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the network infrastructure. Plan and manage the support of new technologies, network performance, and reliability. Negotiate provisions for new services and pricing with suppliers. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required unless waived by Executive Management. Two (2) years of leadership experience managing enterprise network teams and projects is preferred. Four (4) years of experience in a Network Engineering role required, or combination of progressive experience and education will be considered. Experience in Aruba and Cisco based network switching and routing technology solutions. Extensive knowledge of VPN and next-generation firewall concepts; Palo Alto Networks experience a plus. Proficient in telecommunications administration and management of enterprise-level VoIP and mobile solutions. Must be experienced in network infrastructure design, implementation, and the hardening of system security.
