Position Details: Specialty: Anesthesiologist Start Date: Immediate availability required End Date: Ongoing for 3-6 months Shift Type: Varied (10, 12, or 14 hour shifts) # of Providers Needed: 10 Required Qualifications: Board Certified Anesthesiology - HIGHLY PREFERRED, OR TRULY BE (0-3 yrs from completion of residency) as acceptable through AOA or the American Board of Specialties. Active WA License - REQUIRED, OR IMLC IN HAND ONLY. Active ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED Availability listed at time of name clear - REQUIRED MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 10, 12, or 14 HOUR SHIFTS FOR 3-6 MONTHS - REQUIRED Disclose if provider does OB - REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE.
