Join our team as a Claims Business Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing claims processing systems and driving operational improvements. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to enhance workflows and ensure seamless system integration.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for the claims processing workstream, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Collaborate with consultants to gather data, define business requirements, and document workflows.Identify and address gaps in current processes, proposing solutions for improvement.Review and validate business requirements, policies, and procedures for accuracy.Assist in testing applications to ensure compliance with established requirements.Contribute to the development and review of training materials for team members.Monitor project progress, providing updates and addressing any roadblocks.SkillsProven experience in business analysis, particularly within medical claims processing systems.Strong understanding of system implementation and configuration.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to identify and resolve process gaps and inefficiencies.Preferred SkillsExperience with industry best practices in claims operations.Familiarity with QA processes and testing methodologies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.At Horizontal, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all team members can thrive.
