Role: Business Analyst (Insurance)Location: Onsite/USAWho are we looking for?We are looking for 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst with P and C Insurance, Underwriting, Reinsurance Domain experience.Technical Skills:10 + years of Experience as Business Analyst.Strong understanding in Reinsurance and Underwriting skillsKnowledge of P and C Insurance and Snowflake SQL knowledge in writing queries for data extractionUnderstanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill.Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.Strong in written and verbal communication.Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business.Should have experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.Roles and responsibilities:Identify and resolve system issues or process gaps affecting reinsurance operationsSupport accurate financial accounting and reporting for ceded reinsuranceReconcile accounts with reinsurance partner ensuring accuracy in premiums and recoveriesBusiness Analyst /Data Analyst need to create source to target mappingStrong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.Behavioral Skills:Should be aggressive in making decisions.Should be very good at communication.
