The Technician will work independently while following established engineering instructions and documentation standards.This is a great opportunity to build technical experience in electronics testing, lab operations, and manufacturing support within a production-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Lab SupportConduct manual testing of electronic assemblies and document resultsSet up and configure lab equipment per engineering instructionsUse test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related toolsSupport product qualification and production readiness testingEquipment & Product MaintenancePerform routine maintenance on test equipment and electronic productsIdentify issues using structured troubleshooting methodologiesEscalate findings and document root cause observations as requiredDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate product records, test results, and documentationRead and interpret engineering documents, schematics, and diagramsEnsure all testing and documentation meet established quality standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing toolsUnderstanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysisAbility to read and interpret engineering schematics and diagramsStrong documentation and record?keeping skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat Makes You Stand OutStrong mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and electronic componentsHands-on experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)Background or experience in one or more of the following:ElectronicsElectrical or electrician workOn-road or off-road automotive repairCommunication or networking hardwareRobotics, automation, or mechatronicsFarming or heavy equipment environments
