Overview:The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking services at Lighthouse and plays a key role in guiding families through the onboarding process. This position is responsible for managing new client inquiries, verifying insurance, coordinating submission of paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and positive intake experience.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, and online referralsGuide families through the intake process with professionalism and empathyCollect and review intake documentation for accuracy and completenessVerify insurance benefits and communicate coverage details to familiesMaintain accurate internal recordsQualifications:We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
