Assess/monitorphysical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
Create hospice care plans that align with thepatient'swishes and goals
Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
Provide pain and symptom management
Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation

*Benefits may vary by employment statusQualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
One year nursing experiencerequired, 3+ years preferred
Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
