Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Data Processor to join our Operations Department. This person will be responsible for processing student data for photography jobs and uploading it into our proprietary system called Workflow. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, great with spreadsheets, and interested in photography or digital media.
This is a critical role that keeps our production pipeline moving smoothly. You’ll play an important part in helping schools receive accurate student photos, yearbooks, ID cards, and other deliverables on time and with the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage large volumes of student data for photography jobs
Upload and organize data in our proprietary system
Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Export and format files for school systems, yearbook software, and other platforms
Assist with printing student ID cards and producing school deliverables (e.g., stickers, mini-books)
Learn and potentially assist in basic image editing using tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
Follow standard operating procedures and help refine processes over time
Maintain digital file organization and naming conventions
Stay on top of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (skills test required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Docs)
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred but not Required:
Interest or experience in photography or school/volume photography
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Familiarity with Workflow (e.g. Blueprint or similar data/photo management platforms)
Experience working in a studio, or high-volume production environment
