Background in product development, program management, or technology leadership. Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.Roles & Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation & Strategy• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the Agile transformation roadmap.• Assess organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify transformation opportunities.• Drive alignment between business strategy, product delivery, and Agile operating models.• Facilitate organizational design discussions (team topology, value streams, governance models). Coaching & Mentoring• Coach executives, product leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, frameworks, and behaviors.• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Agile roles.• Provide hands on coaching to help teams adopt Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.• Develop internal coaching capabilities to ensure long term sustainability. Ways of Working & Process Improvement• Introduce and refine Agile practices such as backlog management, flow optimization, OKRs, and continuous improvement.• Promote data driven decision making using metrics like flow efficiency, predictability, and customer value.• Support scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) where appropriate. Facilitation & Enablement• Lead workshops, training sessions, and transformation ceremonies (PI Planning, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).• Facilitate cross functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations.• Help teams adopt modern product management practices and customer centric delivery. Change Leadership• Act as a change agent to shift culture toward agility, transparency, and empowerment.• Identify and address organizational impediments that hinder transformation.• Influence leaders to adopt Agile leadership behaviors and servant leadership principles.• Implement role-based access control, encryption, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA.• Monitor and audit BI systems for security and reliability. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Leadership & Collaboration• Lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and developers.• Collaborate with executives to define KPIs and reporting needs.• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in BI and Big Data.Salary Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year
