Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (Hybrid; local presence required) Engagement: Interim (6-12 months; potential conversion) Start: ASAP Overview Critical executive supporting hyper-growth of large-scale data center infrastructure platforms powering AI and cloud demand. This role will stabilize, scale, and lead the technology function during a high-growth phase. ResponsibilitiesAssess current technology environment; identify gaps and immediate prioritiesStabilize and optimize enterprise systems, with a focus on improving Oracle performance and alignment with the businessDefine and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned to infrastructure expansionLead architecture decisions across data center and integrated technology platformsPartner with finance and operations to align systems with public company requirements and growth objectivesBuild and lead a lean technology team; establish structure, governance, and operating cadenceEnsure platform readiness for customer onboarding, scalability, and reliabilityAdvise executive leadership on technology strategy, investment prioritization, and riskRequirementsPrior CTO or CIO experience within a public companyTrack record scaling technology in high-growth, capital-intensive environmentsExperience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or related industriesStrong Oracle experience, including stabilization or transformation of underperforming environmentsHands-on leader capable of operating in a lean, build-stage organization About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
