Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Genesys Cloud CX Developer/ Contact Center Developer/Software DeveloperLocation: Frisco, TXDuration: 2 YearsJob Description:Role SummaryThe NICE CXone (InConnect) Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise grade contact center solutions on the NICE CXone platform. This role provides technical leadership, solution architecture, and strategic guidance to ensure scalable, resilient, and high performing customer experience systems. The architect collaborates with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to deliver end to end CX transformations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign multi region, high availability CXone architectures with redundancy, failover strategies, and disaster recovery alignment.Architect complex Studio scripts using advanced logic: dynamic routing, API driven decisioning, asynchronous callbacks, and event based triggers.Implement custom data exchanges using CXone APIs, Data Exchange (DEX), Real Time Data APIs, and asynchronous event streams.Lead SIP trunking architecture including SBC configuration, call path optimization, codec negotiation, and QoS design.Build custom integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and secure token based authentication.Design real time reporting and analytics pipelines using CXone Analytics and BI connectors.Architect omnichannel orchestration across voice, chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social Integrate CXone with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow), workforce tools, and enterprise systems via APIs, web services, and data connectors.Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and platform optimization.Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across all CXone components.Troubleshoot complex issues and lead root cause analysis for production incidents.Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Stay current with NICE CXone roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.Proven experience integrating with Salesforce is required.Keywords: Nice CXone, CXone, InConnect, API, Salesforce, CRM, IVR
