The team values automation, clear processes, and proactive problem-solving to support sustainable growth in a digital-first environment.Position Overview:We’re looking for a NetSuite Developer & Systems Administrator to lead the technical management and optimization of our internal systems. This role will own our NetSuite setup, create and maintain automation scripts, provide light IT support, and ensure data integrity across tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable internal infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite (including workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom records, etc.).Develop and manage SuiteScript scripts and NetSuite automations.Administer user roles, permissions, and security protocols.Support day-to-day IT needs (e.g., user setup, access control, basic troubleshooting).Create and maintain documentation for SOPs and system processes.Manage integrations with third-party tools (via RESTlets, APIs, or middleware).Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.Qualifications:3+ years of experience with NetSuite (including SuiteScript development).Strong understanding of NetSuite administration and customization.Experience with system integrations, APIs, and RESTlets.Comfort with light IT support and managing cloud-based systems.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Additional Requirements:Highly detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong ownership, the ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and consistently verify the accuracy and quality of their own work.Highly communicative and proactive, with experience working with senior stakeholders or executives, and familiarity with adopting modern AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with SQL and data extraction for reporting.Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.Prior experience supporting a fast-scaling remote company.Basic scripting experience in Python or other backend languages.
