This platform must track every lead from source to signed retainer while supporting multiple user portals, financial visibility, automation, and operational scale.You will work directly with leadership to architect, build, optimize, and maintain a mission-critical platform used by internal teams, buyers, vendors, BPO call centers, and legal support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Development & ArchitectureDesign, develop, and maintain a scalable custom LMS platformBuild backend systems, APIs, database architecture, and frontend dashboardsEnsure security, speed, uptime, and scalability of the systemLead Lifecycle EngineBuild complete lead tracking from:Source → BPO → Qualification → Delivery → LSO → Signed Retainer → DisputeCreate full audit trails of every user actionBuild deduplication, lead validation, and assignment logicAllow call recordings, notes, and document attachmentsMulti-Portal User SystemDevelop separate login environments for:Internal Admin TeamBuyers / Law FirmsVendors / PublishersBPO Call CentersLSO TeamsBuild role-based permissions and user dashboardsFinancial & Reporting EngineTrack lead-level costs by source, BPO, vendor, and LSOTrack revenue per buyerBuild profitability dashboards and margin reportingReflect disputes, credits, and adjustments in real timeAutomation & RoutingBuild rule-based lead routing (geo, quality, case type, caps)Automatic buyer delivery and failover logicCap management systemsReduce all manual lead movement processesSigned Retainer TrackingBuild retainer status workflow (pending, signed, rejected, accepted)Store documents securelyConnect retainers back to lead source and buyerBuild inventory views and LSO performance dashboardsRequirements5+ years of Full Stack Development experienceStrong experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Laravel, Python, etc.)Strong database design experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience building CRM, LMS, ERP, or workflow systemsAPI integrations and automation expertiseStrong UI/UX and dashboard development skillsExcellent problem-solving and ownership mindsetIdeal CandidateThinks like a product owner, not just a coderUnderstands operations + business logicCan build scalable systems fastHighly accountable and independentBenefits:Competitive salary – paid in USD - Receive your compensation in US dollars, providing stability and global value for your hard work.100% fully remote setup - Work from anywhere in the world—permanently.
