M&M Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal products, specifically HVAC sheet metal duct and accessories.Full benefits offered day 1 of hire, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, pension, PTO and vacation, employee referral bonuses, employee life insurance, HSA/FSA, potential wage increase after 90 days with our knowledge base learning program and more!Job Summary:Performs as necessary and/or as instructed, various duties which includes but is not limited to, duties or work requirements normally performed by production employees, such as handling parts, materials, manufacturing of parts, operating production machinery and equipment, general warehouse duties, quality, safety, housekeeping and/or other duties as requested.Principal Responsibilities and Relationships:1) Perform various assigned operations to form and assemble sheet metal products utilizing a variety of tools and equipment that meet or exceed production requirements.2) Knowledge/experience of setups and operate sheet metal machines and equipment to fabricate and form parts. Use machines such as presses, shears, lockformers, rollers, benders, notchers, banders etc.3) Identify, eliminate and reject all materials or products that do not meet overall product quality standards.4) Perform job functions according to prescribed safety rules and plant regulations.5) Performs all other duties as required and in accordance with standard operating procedures.Qualifications:At least two (2) years of manufacturing experience requiredWorking knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)Regular attendance on the job site is requiredAbility to stand 8-10 hours per day, 5 days per weekAbility to wear and work with personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugsAbility to sit, stand, walk, stoop, squat, bend, twistMust be able to lift/pull min 40 lbs.Good team playerSnappy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Pay Range: 16.65 - 20.35We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
