Senior Machinist Technician- 1st shift

Position Purpose:Perform general machining functions in support for various Departments throughout the Plant as well assisting in supporting Departments. Hourly or Salary Range: $27.06 - $37.45 Essential Functions:Perform detail machining responsibilities Provide support for new projects, engineering projects & new tooling requirements Maintains Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Work with entry level machinists Manage project timeline requirements Education and Training:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) 7 plus years job experience Ability to manage time efficiently Minimum Qualifications:Ability to read blueprints Ability to use precision measuring instruments Basic math skills Good communication skills Must be able to work independently Able to work well with others Ability to manage time efficiently Physical Demands:Ability to bend, twist & lift repetitively Ability to lift 30 - 50 pounds occasionally Environmental Conditions Eye protection is always required.
