Job Title: Director of Operations Company: JPS Electrical Services Job Overview: JPS Electrical Services is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee and optimize all aspects of our operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring efficiency across all departments, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The Director of Operations will collaborate with leadership to implement processes, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and administrative departments. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and cost reduction. Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the electrical services or construction industry. Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving operational improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Procore operations management software and tools.
