Tool Engineer - E2

Overview In this role you will provide specialized tool engineering support for portable, perishable and standard tooling used in hole preparation and cold working across programs such as F35 and F16. You will collaborate with Tool Services and EDTI teams across multiple sites to research, develop, and standardize tooling processes, aiming to improve performance, quality and cost efficiency. You’ll interface with production and engineering groups to guide tooling decisions and resolve assembly issues, while contributing to cross-site best practices. This is a hands-on engineering role with opportunities to influence tooling design and manufacturing readiness.
