Pleasant location, offering strong growth potential and leadership visibilityJOB SUMMARY:The Assistant General Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily operations, developing high-performing teams, driving sales, managing cost controls, and ensuring exceptional guest experiencesThis role requires a confident leader with full-service restaurant experience (alcohol + food service required) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead from the front. The AGM must be comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support and oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operationsRecruit, hire, train, and develop team membersDrive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concernsMonitor inventory, food costs, labor, and other key financial metricsSupport execution of strategies to drive revenue and profitabilityEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulationsFoster a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and teamworkPartner with the General Manager to meet operational and financial KPIs tied to quarterly bonus incentivesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant (alcohol + food service required). Examples: Chili’s, Ruby Tuesday, or similar full-service conceptsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExperience managing budgets, food costs, labor controls, and performance metricsAbility to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)High school diploma or equivalent requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in kitchen and bar environments (hot/cold conditions)ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Successful background check requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
