About the Job: Paid Media Specialist (PPC)This is a Full-Time Position - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm EST TIME. The candidate must speak and understand English.Salary: TBDPaid Media Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses.*General Responsibilities • Plan, set up, and managed direct response-focused paid search and paid social channels. • Collaborates with other Paid Search/Social managers and other digital team members to execute PPC strategies and optimize campaigns promptly. • Measures the impact and effectiveness of campaigns by reporting on key performance indicators (conversion rate, CTR, cost per lead, lead quality, etc.). • Aids with the communication of performance and test results. • Learn and set up high-converting landing pages. • Setup analytics and tracking system to measure campaign success (call tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc) • Works with Account Managers to develop budgets and lead forecast recommendations. • Collects spend and lead information for all programs and assists with pacing goals. • Collects and analyzes ad performance data, helps to identify trends and insights that optimize and maximize ROI. • Execute a/b tests for ad copy, bid strategies, keywords, audience segments, and images. • Monitor and diagnose performance issues and implement mitigation strategies. • Provides creative recommendations for ad copy, image, and landing sheet page assets. • Keeps current on industry trends and testing opportunities.*Qualifications • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education • Paid media campaign experience with Google AdWords (remarketing display, search), Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Amazon • Advertising spend management • Web analytics and a/b testing • Digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices, and KPIs • Analysis, reporting, and forecasting of media campaigns • Excellent communication and time management skills • Attention to detail • Great communication skillsApplication questions you have requested ask candidates the following questions: • How many years of Google Adwords experience do you have? • How many years of Google Analytics experience do you have? • How many years of Professional Facebook Ads Management experience do you have? • What is the highest level of education you have completed? • Are you able to work in Orlando, FL? • Do you have the following license or certification: Google Adwords? • Do you have the following license or certification: Google Analytics? • Do you have the following license or certification: Inbound Marketing Certification?Experience: • Google Analytics: 3 years (Required) • Facebook Advertising: 3 years (Required)**
