We're not corporate—we’re better, and hopefully, you’ll learn why!JOB TITLE: Analyst, Programmatic MediaDATE: 2026DEPARTMENT: Media InvestmentREPORTS TO: Director, Media InvestmentMAJOR PURPOSEThe Analyst, Programmatic Buying & Trading is responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance monitoring of programmatic media campaigns across DSPs. This role focuses on hands-on trading, campaign setup, and in-platform optimization, while supporting senior team members with insights and performance analysis.This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their programmatic career looking to deepen platform expertise and analytical skills.Major ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & TradingExecute programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g.,Viant, DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt)Build and traffic campaigns including audience targeting, creative setup, and budget allocationHelp build proposals and plans based on client goals and needsMonitor pacing, delivery, and performance daily to ensure campaigns meet KPIsTroubleshoot delivery issues, discrepancies, and platform errors in real timeOptimization & Performance ManagementAnalyze campaign performance and make in-platform optimizations (bids, budgets, targeting, frequency, creative rotation)Support A/B testing and audience segmentation strategiesIdentify trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiencyEnsure campaigns are delivering against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and completion ratesData & ReportingPull and validate campaign data across platforms and reporting toolsAssist in building performance reports and dashboardsEnsure accuracy of tagging, tracking, and attribution setupPartner with Analytics teams to align on measurement and insightsOperational ExcellenceMaintain clean and organized campaign structure within DSPsEnsure adherence to naming conventions, documentation standards, and QA processesSupport billing, reconciliation, and campaign documentation as neededContribute to workflow improvements and process efficienciesCollaborationWork closely with Managers and Senior team members to plan and execute media plansPartner with Analytics, Strategy, and Client Services teams to support campaign goalsCommunicate campaign updates, risks, and performance insights internallyRequirementsCANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE1–3 years of experience in programmatic buying, digital media, or ad operationsHands-on experience with at least one DSP, preferably Viant (DV360, The Trade Desk, Viant, StackAdapt, etc.)Familiarity with programmatic concepts: RTB, PMP, PG, audience targeting, and bidding strategiesExperience with ad trafficking, tagging (VAST), and campaign setupStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot independentlyClear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of relevant experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad techWhat does Net Conversion have to offer?!Competitive Salary4% 401k MatchMedical / Employer covered at the base tier for the employee onlyDental, & Vision optionsUnlimited PTO60% Employer Covered STD Paid Parental leave after 1 years of serviceCritical illness, Cancer, Hospital, Life, Accident CoverageFlexible work schedule in our Orlando or Charlotte officeWellness InitiativesSummer Fridays (office closes at 2pm)Pet Benefits3, 5 & 10 year anniversary milestone giftsNet Conversion does not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, sexual stereotypes, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
