Required Qualifications: Experience: experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects. Pharma GxP software development experience preferred Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions. Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes effectively. Proficient in Jira and PPM software. Preferred Qualifications: Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of Agile practices and processes.
