Your Opportunity as the Developer, IS Supply ChainMember of the IS Vertical team supporting Planning and Procurement Supply Chain functions. Under direct guidance, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software applications, integrations, and other related technologies.Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requiresIn This Role You WillApplication & Integration Support:Executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support existing business processesLearns support model, provides troubleshooting and fixes for software issues and interfaces with 3rd party vendorsFollows defined support call paths including status updates in case management toolValidates and monitors live solutionsContributes to root cause identification, prevention, and maintenance activitiesApplication DeliveryWrites code or configures software based upon technical designsAdheres to documented standards for development, code promotion, and change managementExecutes unit testing to ensure new functionality meets technical designUtilizes understanding of data transformation, interface design and other design principles to contribute to technical specifications and solution designsSupports go-live and hypercare activitiesMinimum RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Prior experience with technical delivery and familiarity with software development lifecycleKnowledge of integration methods and API typesKnowledge of modern IT concepts (Cloud Computing, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps)Knowledge of enterprise toolsets for integration and/or reportingAbility and desire to learn both legacy and trending technology Foundation in relational databases and database technologyFoundation in software security principles, including secure coding and data protectionHigh personal standards and integrityEmbraces a customer service mindset Effective spoken and written communication skillsProblem solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to conceptualize technical conceptsShows resilience and pivots gracefully when things change Tools & Technologies We're Using or planning to use (not required)AWSConfluent KafkaFiveTranOracle Visual Builder, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)GitHub / GitHub ActionsFlexDeploySnaplogicPL/SQLTibco MFTIntelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)Oracle Application Express (APEX)UnixSOAdSeriesThe Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
