Stepdown RN Adult/GeriatricSchedule: - Shift: NightsRequirements: - Valid RN license (OK or Compact) - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Minimum 1 year RN experience - Telemetry/stepdown care and dysrhythmia interpretation - EMR: Epic experience requiredRoles & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a stepdown setting. - Monitor patients' vital signs and manage telemetry. - Administer medications and treatments as per protocols. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. - Assist with procedures and provide education to patients and families.Orientation: 12 hours - RTO (return-to-office) must be listed at time of submittal - COVID-19/Flu vaccine status: Unknown
