Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,858 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:30 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with patient ratios of 1:4 - Proficiency in charting system (Epic) required - Travel experience preferred Description: This is a step down nursing position on the night shift. The focus is on caring for adult and geriatric patients. The unit typically has a daily census of 25 patients. Nurses are expected to manage a range of patient diagnoses, such as respiratory failure, A-Fib with RVR, and sepsis. Nurses will provide care including but not limited to medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and managing IVs. Skills required include telemetry monitoring and managing various medical equipment. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. Weekends are required as part of the nursing schedule. Nurses may be expected to float to similar units based on patient care needs. Candidates should have skills in managing both arterial and central lines.
