Work Hours: 7am-4pmPeople Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities.The Advisor is the key point of contactto employees where self-service /shared services support is not available and sits within the local BU squad team.Where appropriate the PE Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives.High-Level Responsibilities Key HR Interactions:All PE Advisors:Use Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location (e.g. Time & Attendance support,etc.)Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of localHR servicesEscalate business specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC teamKey point of contactto employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentationResponsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR servicesResponsible for delivery of the following services:Ongoing onboardinglocal learning deliveryTime & attendance (plant)local query resolutionHourly recruitment (plant outside NA)PE Advisors in a non-shared service supported country and/or in a plant, will be responsible for delivery of end to end HR servicesProvides HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutionsSupports documentation and implements local/ country specific policiesResponsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changesSupports the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BUResponsible for Employee Relations support (where service not provided by SSC
