The nurse must have recent circulating and scrub experience and strong general OR experience across multiple service lines.Hard Stop: Candidates must have both circulating AND scrub experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide circulating and scrub support during cardiovascular and general surgical procedures.Assist surgeons and surgical team in maintaining sterile field and patient safety.Prepare operating room, instruments, and equipment for procedures.Monitor patient condition throughout surgery and document care appropriately.Float within specialty areas, including General OR, based on case volume.Requirements3 5 years CVOR/OR experience (strong candidates withExperience across multiple service lines (Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery preferred)Active Maryland RN LicenseBLS RequiredACLS PreferredSchedule & Additional Details4x10 Mid shifts (13:00 23:30) flexibility to start earlier if neededWeekend requirement: ~1 weekend/month (may include on-call)Holidays required as scheduledOn-call: 10 15 shifts per contract (approx. 5 6/month)Weekday call: end of shift to 6:30 AMWeekend call: 24-hour callScrubs provided by facility
