We are top-notch talent, passionate about making a difference through the work we do together!Description:The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, building, maintaining, and testing systems within the cloud hosting environment and ensuring standards are met for the FedRAMP security certification process.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the ImageTrend hosting environments and product requirementsCollaborate with IT System Architects, Database Administrators, Security Team and Product Owners to maintain cloud hosting environmentsSupport FedRAMP environment in Microsoft AzureApply best security and compliance practices from the FedRAMP environment to commercial cloud environmentsCreate technical documentation of FedRAMP environmentCoordinate with contractors and vendorsProvide support on an on-call basis if issues arise outside of standard hoursTravel to orientation, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required, up to 10%Additional duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar field, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working with Azure, infrastructure as a code and hosting web applicationsExperience in high security/compliance environmentClear and substantive speaking, writing and presentation skillsExpert analytical & critical thinking skillsAbility to ideate plans and solutions and then effectively communicate to othersTechnologically savvy and the willingness to continue to learn new technologiesExcellent organizational skills, appreciation of critical timelines and the ability to self-motivateAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to work on-call hours as neededAbility to travel up to 10% annuallyBenefits and Growth:Outstanding compensation packageMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) matchingPaid Time OffIn office and remote work environments availablePerks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pongThe ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative teamFor applicants that reside in the following states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents, please contact careers@imagetrend.com for salary range information.At ImageTrend, we celebrate diversity and strive to ensure a workplace where everyone feels a sense of inclusion.
