Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee public works and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field coordination, and client communication across municipal and public-sector construction projects.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, experience working with public agencies, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule expectations.ResponsibilitiesManage public construction projects from award through closeoutOversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and procurementCoordinate with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, and field teamsReview project plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIsTrack project costs, change orders, and overall financial performanceEnsure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsLead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsSupport field operations and resolve project-related issues as they ariseMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingQualifications1+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing public or commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction scheduling and budgetingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating with public agenciesProficient with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s licensePreferred ExperiencePublic projectsGovernment or municipality-funded projectsDesign-build or negotiated work
