Description The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction will: Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Oversee quality control and safety standards on all sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
