Certified Nursing Assistant -Full Time Nights - Chandler - Alumus

The Certified Nursing Assistant is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse (RN).> Responsibility:The CNA will provide daily care to the patients and ensure they are ready for the day with showering, capturing daily weight, taking vitals and other advanced support for our short-term rehabilitation guests. Our dietary options are varied and customizable for each guest's needs whether they are ambulatory and can dine in one of our chef prepared restaurant or cafes; or dine in the privacy of their own room. All our rooms are private and provide you and the patient plenty of one on one time to ensure they are getting the best service and care we can provide. In addition, you may:• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges.• Check each guest/patients routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.• Partner with our Therapy team to ensure they are meeting their Therapy needs on their Care Plan.Qualification:• CNA license certification prior to hiring.• New Graduates with their CNA license are welcome.• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience)• LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.Benefits• Comprehensive benefits coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, with 401(k) with match.• On Demand Pay - work a shift get paid the same day!• Employee Referral Bonus Program• Flexible Schedule
