OverviewVisit.orgis looking for a passionate and ambitiousVice President of Marketingto join our remote team. The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for shaping the future of our marketing organization during a critical phase of growth. The right candidate is both a visionary and an operator, someone who can architect scalable marketing systems and also inspire teams to execute with excellence. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and leadership team to set and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that supports Visit.org's short- and long-term business goalsOwn the entire marketing function, including demand generation, brand, communications, content, product marketing, and lifecycle marketingLead all pipeline-building efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive qualified leads and customer acquisitionOversee product marketing strategy to support launches, feature adoption, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the customer baseBuild, manage, and grow a high-performing marketing team; coach and develop team members and marketing leadershipOversee internal and external communications, including PR, executive comms, and social media strategyWork cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market executionSet, track, and optimize against clear KPIs and ROI metrics; develop marketing forecasts, manage budget, and report on performance to leadership and boardThrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and adaptabilityDemonstrate passion for the company's mission and the impact of technology in driving social changeQualifications12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership or executive roleDemonstrated success leading marketing for a SaaS company, ideally in HR Tech, CSR, or related verticalsDeep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including growth, brand, content, and product marketingExperience owning a marketing number and aligning marketing to revenue outcomesProven ability to build, manage, and inspire cross-functional marketing teamsData-driven, metrics-oriented decision-maker who is comfortable with setting KPIs and managing performanceExcellent communication, storytelling, and executive presenceExperience in the CSR space is a plusExcited about AI-driven innovation in the marketing spaceA mission-first leader who is excited to shape a purpose-driven brandBenefitsHealth, Dental, VisionUnlimited PTO + Holiday + Birthday offUnlimited Social Impact Time Off (SITO)Competitive salaryMission-aligned company events/volunteeringInclusive, exciting start-up cultureAccelerated career & personal growthCulture Club and more#J-18808-Ljbffr
