We are seeking a Certified Human Resource Manager with extensive experience in employee onboarding, HR compliance, and HR operations. This role supports high-volume hiring and manages the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and positive new-hire experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle employee onboarding for new hiresOversee high-volume onboarding across multiple departmentsPrepare and process offer letters, new hire paperwork, I-9s, and employment documentationCoordinate background checks, drug screens, verifications, and credentialingConduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessionsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain accurate employee records within HRIS and onboarding systemsPartner with hiring managers and recruiting teams on start dates and onboarding timelinesTrack onboarding metrics, compliance completion, and documentation statusServe as primary HR contact for onboarding-related questionsMaintain personnel files and assist with HR audits and compliance reviewsRequired QualificationsActive HR Certification required (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR AdministrationDemonstrated experience with employee onboarding and HR complianceExperience managing multiple onboarding workflows simultaneouslyProficiency with HRIS platformsHospital experience highly preferredStrong knowledge of employment law, I-9 compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsHealthcare, hospital, behavioral health, or regulated industry onboardingCredentialing, licensing, or compliance-heavy onboarding environmentsCandidates must be based in Las Vegas or surrounding areas
