Labor & Employment Attorney – Houston, TX (Remote Considered)A national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join its growing practice. This role focuses on Fair Labor Standards Act matters, including wage and hour disputes and employee classification issues, along with some exposure to PAGA claims. The position can be based in Houston or fully remote for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of litigation in wage and hour matters under the FLSAAdvise clients on employee classification and compliance issuesDraft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and participate in hearingsManage cases in federal court from inception through resolutionWork closely with clients on strategy and risk assessmentQualifications:3+ years of litigation experience (employment law experience preferred)Experience in federal court litigationExcellent oral advocacy and written communication skillsDemonstrated stability and strong tenure in prior rolesActive bar license in any U.S. jurisdictionWhy Consider This Opportunity:Flexible work arrangement, including remote optionsNational platform with a steady pipeline of sophisticated wage and hour workOpportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and develop courtroom experience
