Find your future with us.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo follow header schedule and make sure Formax machines have die packs ready for upcoming setups.This includes pulling the necessary job box, checking to ensure all tools are ready for installation.In accordance to the setup sheets making sure all dies, spacers and loose tools are ready for proper station.Installing all punches, dies, fingers on transfers. Build cutter pack (changing the cutter and quill and setting the gap).Making needed settings to punch wedges, IFO timingOn packs returning from heading the work is as follows:Pull and clean all tools in punch pack, die pack and transfer fingers.Review the progressions and last piece off to make sure all tools are still good and can be used on next run.If tools need replaced they are replaced at this time, and green card put on box and returned to shelf. If tools are not available then it is noted on the sheet and the red card is displayed to show we lack tools.Once tooling is taken care of then punch block and die block and IFO are cleaned and readied for next setup.SafetyMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsFollow all safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employeesCreate and maintain a safe work environment; repair and/or report non-conformances to company safety policies and guidelinesPerform the necessary safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employeesWork EnvironmentClean, professional, well-kept manufacturing plantNon air conditioned environmentPhysical Demands80% of the time standingWill require walking and standing as well for 10 hr. shiftLifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 40 lbs. regularlyAttention to detail is requiredEducation and Experience Required3 years of cold heading experience or die assembly/repair.Basic computer skills; email, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.Ability to work in a team environment.Attention to detail.Monday through Friday, 10 working hours daily.Saturday work when necessary.Position Type/Expectations of Working HoursHourly positionMonday through Friday, minimum 8 working hours dailyOccasional Saturday when necessary
