Position located in San Rafael, CAResponsibilities of the Scheduler:Schedule and coordinate outpatient surgical procedures for approximately 20 surgeons across multiple specialtiesServe as a liaison between surgeons' offices, patients, anesthesia providers, and ASC clinical staffEnsure all cases are scheduled in accordance with ASC policies, block utilization, and surgeon availabilityManage schedule adjustments, cancellations, and same-day add-on cases while maintaining efficient patient flowCoordinate with anesthesia and nursing leadership to optimize daily case volume and room utilizationMaintain accurate scheduling data within the ASC's scheduling systemEnsure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and confidentiality standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, AAAHC/Joint Commission, as applicable)Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environmentProvide excellent customer service as the front-facing representative of the ASCPerform additional administrative and scheduling-related duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager and/or AdministratorSchedule of the Scheduler:Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Hours may vary based on surgical volume.Some overtime may be required.Estimated Gross Salary: $1040/weekly (travel)
