Each product is standalone, and together they compound through shared identity, shared context, shared distribution, and shared learning loops.The RoleWe are hiring a Project Manager to help us ship faster, cleaner, and more predictably across multiple products.You will build the delivery system from zero. You will partner with product, engineering, design, and GTM to turn priorities into shipped outcomes, without adding bureaucracy.Build the shipping cadence: weekly goals, sprint rhythm, release planning, retros, and decision logsTurn priorities into execution: scope control, tradeoffs, sequencing, dependencies, and clear ownersKeep projects unblocked: identify risks early, remove blockers fast, and drive crisp decisionsRun cross functional launches: product, engineering, design, support, and GTM readinessCreate lightweight systems: templates, checklists, and playbooks that increase speed and qualityMaintain visibility: status updates, dashboards, timelines, and clear communication without noiseImprove how we build: tighten requirements, reduce thrash, and raise quality with every cycleQualificationsExperience managing delivery for software teams, ideally at early stage startupsTrack record shipping products or major features on tight timelinesStrong planning and execution skills: scoping, sequencing, dependency management, and risk mitigationComfortable working with technical teams and understanding engineering constraintsStrong documentation habits: PRDs, specs, decision logs, release notes, and status updatesFamiliarity with common tools: Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, GitHub, FigmaNice to have:Experience shipping AI products, agent workflows, or tools that require reliability and evaluationExperience coordinating multi product or platform workExperience in SF startup environments and high speed teamsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and meaningful equityTop tier tooling and support to move fast
