The candidate will assist in managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging social media content, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities include maintaining social media schedules, analyzing campaign performance, brainstorming innovative ideas for customer engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content CreationUnderstanding of Digital Marketing and its strategiesStrong Marketing skills and an ability to think creativelyExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Willing to be on camera for community building. Attention to detail and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is a plusEnthusiasm for fashion and understanding of seasonal trends is an advantageCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
