Marketing Specialist

As inventor and world market leader, Hahnemühle’s portfolio today comprises traditional and digital FineArt papers for painting and printing and FineNotes Stationery products. We have an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our US Team. As a Marketing Specialist/Manager, you will organize events and build Hahnemühle USA’s social media channels and campaigns to create an engaging audience experience.Key responsibilities:Manage and organize events and trade show participation.Trade show Liaison with organizerOrganize the transportation of materials On-site setup and breakdown.Schedule setting of participantsOversee associated promotional activitiesCreate marketing campaigns around show releasesAnalyze social media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve Hahnemühle USA’s social media presence and campaign efficacy.Manage all Hahnemühle USA social media accounts.Collaborate with other team members to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.Coordinate cutting edge strategies with marketing channels to support the delivery of Hahnemühle Playbook Plan.Assist with managing influencer contracts and coordinate influencer activity with the wider marketing effort.Analyze social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within the social media space.Monitor and respond to comments on Hahnemühle USA social posts as required.Undertake any additional tasks as required.Requirements include:2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or related field.Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgetingA history of planning successful product launches and eventsExperience running digital marketing campaigns and best practice knowledge, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.Excellent time-management and organizational skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.Computer literate and interested in using and learning about new software and digital toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clientsWorking knowledge of Adobe Suite a plusWillingness to travel (15 – 20%)Interest or experiences in fine arts including photography and digital imaging, a plus.Only applicants with authorization to work indefinitely in the US without restriction or sponsorship will be considered.
