Job Title:  Artificial Lift Tech / Well Analyst Employer:  Danos LLC Work Schedule: 5/2 Location:  Fashing, TX (Must live within a 60-mile radius of Fashing, TX) Pay:  $27 - 30/hr. About the Role:  Imagine yourself as an Artificial Lift Tech / Well Analyst, responsible for analytics of day-to-day well operations, identifying and working on producing well exceptions, and assisting with the coordination of hot watering, chemical treatments, and rigless jobs. You will report on well failure activities, understand variances to report downhole, surface, or POC issues, and maintain accurate and timely well tests and downtime reporting. What's in it for you? Job Related Tools:  We provide the tools you'll need to succeed in your role. Responsibilities: Operational Activity: Responsible for analytics of day-to-day well operations. Identify and work on producing well exceptions: RT/cycle deviations. Assist with the coordination of hot watering, chemical treatments, rigless jobs, etc. Report on well failure activities. Understand variances to be able to report downhole, surface, or POC issues. Report on displacement changes (SL, SPM). Responsible for accurate and timely well tests and downtime reporting. Conduct analytics of tests and troubleshoot variances. Identify production opportunities for well and lease-level variances. Identify production opportunities based on oil loss. Work with Well Techs/Analysts on storm recovery initiatives. Return well to production following rig off reporting. Maintain well test coding and continuity. Report uncontrolled release efforts/data. Perform relief responsibilities for Well Techs/Analysts as needed. Competencies: Strong safety awareness. Excellent work ethic. Advanced technical skills. Strong customer focus. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of Oilfield Surface Production specific to Well Analyst or Engineering Tech. 1-3 years of Oilfield Surface Production highly preferred. Proficiency in Cygnet, Nexus, and Open Wells Software highly desired. Must be willing to work night shifts. Strong foundation and understanding of data processes for analysis and visualization. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug screening, hair follicle test, agility, and fit for duty. Housing and/or Per Diem NOT eligible for this opening. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and stairs. Walking, bending, and stooping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
