With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).Applicants must be within driving distance to our Atlanta, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week.A day in the life.As an Business Insurance Account Associate, you will:Basic Knowledge of Agency Management SystemAssist with client service deliverables aligned with tasksSteps in to support account team members on any/all functions as needed.Assists other Account Associate's during high volume times as needed.Basic knowledge of available tools (Reference Connect, Playbook, MMA U)Provides New Business, Renewal and General Service Support based on the following tasks:AMS Data Entry: new business support, renewal support, special projectsOrder and File Loss RunsGenerate Certificate Holder ListsDownload E-Mods or request from insurance carrierOrder Flood ZonesOrder ISO Prometrix ReportsCertificate IssuanceEvidence of Property IssuanceAuto ID Card IssuanceOur future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:High School Diploma Required0-12 months prior experienceReliable and punctualDeveloping active listening, verbal and written communication skills, customer service skillsDeveloping attention to detail and sense of urgency and problem-solving abilitiesTeam player and eager to learnWorks at the direction and under guidance of the Unit Leader / Unit Manager / Client TeamDeveloping basic understanding of prioritization & organizational skillsNo direct carrier interaction but understands the importance of strong carrier relationships.Basic application of tools & resourcesBasic application in Adobe, Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and proficient in ExcelLearn and adopt MMA Core Values: Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, AccountabilityWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
