A freelance role has become available providing access support. This is a flexible, freelance role, and is supported by Access to Work until December 2028. At this time the client will reapply for support.

Hours: Up to 15 hours per week plus annual allowance of additional hours to support with conference and event attendance
Fees: £16 per hour
Location: Client is based in Glasgow Southside with regular Edinburgh and occasional national travel. Role will be based in Glasgow – applicants must be able to travel to Glasgow South and Central. Remote and in person working required.

About you
This role will best suit someone who enjoys working with people, is confident working with digital tools and systems, who is organised, clear and consistent in their approach to work. Due to the client’s needs and the demands of their role, which you will be supporting, consistency is critical. Job aide absences beyond the regular can destabilise the client and lead to long absences from work. Please consider your energy, capacity, other work and commitments before making an application.
About the client
Kim Simpson leads the Equalities, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) team at Creative Scotland which provides strategic EDI leadership in Scotland’s art, screen and creative industries. Kim joined Creative Scotland in 2022 having worked as a strategist and curator, facilitator and coach across sectors locally, nationally and internationally for 15 years. Her work is deeply informed by her lived experiences of disability and neurodivergence. She is a Clore Leadership Fellow and an ISPA Global Fellow.
