This is a flexible, freelance role, and is supported by Access to Work until December 2028. At this time the client will reapply for support. This is a task-based role to support the disabled client to access their role within a busy public body. Role will be based in Glasgow – applicants must be able to travel to Glasgow South and Central. Remote and in person working required. Due to the client’s needs and the demands of their role, which you will be supporting, consistency is critical. About the client Kim Simpson leads the Equalities, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) team at Creative Scotland which provides strategic EDI leadership in Scotland’s art, screen and creative industries. Kim joined Creative Scotland in 2022 having worked as a strategist and curator, facilitator and coach across sectors locally, nationally and internationally for 15 years. Her work is deeply informed by her lived experiences of disability and neurodivergence. She is a Clore Leadership Fellow and an ISPA Global Fellow.
