Job DescriptionHillside Medical Lodge is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage our operations in Gatesville. This role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance and overseeing financial management while leading a multidisciplinary team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the facility's overall performance, ensuring safety standards are met and quality care is delivered to our residents.Responsibilities:Manage all facility operations, including financial oversight and budgeting.Ensure the building remains in full compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.Maintain the physical plant to meet safety and health standards.Build relationships with residents, families, and the Gatesville community to maintain facility reputation.Lead and support facility staff through effective communication and interpersonal management.Qualifications:Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas (LNFA).3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.Knowledge of current federal and state healthcare regulations.Background in financial management and facility budgeting.Must pass a criminal background check.Must be able to pass a drug screening.Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.OverviewBase Salary: Starting at $130,000+.Bonus Program: Potential for up to 35% of base pay.Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, On-CallBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceMatched 401KApply today through our website!!!
