Executive – Product Development

Location: South DelhiRole Objective: To support the Product Development lifecycle through technical documentation, material tracking, and plant coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Tracking: Execute "Plan vs. Actual" analysis for new product batches.Material Investigation: Track material usage and assist in investigating shortages at the plant level.MIS & ERP: Update and maintain the PD database in the ERP system.Coordination: Support the AM/DM in coordinating with production plants for sample development and trials.Candidate ProfileEducation: B.Tech/ M.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology.Skills: Strong organizational skills, ERP familiarity, and a basic understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
