IT Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable demo and Proof of Value (POV) environments. This role is critical in supporting Sales and Pre-Sales teams by ensuring highly reliable, secure, and production-like environments across AWS and Azure platforms. You will drive automation, optimize cloud infrastructure, and act as the primary technical owner for customer-facing demo systems.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain cloud-based demo environments used by Sales and Pre-Sales teamsDesign, deploy, and support POV environments for customer evaluationsEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructureInstall, upgrade, patch, and configure systems across environmentsMonitor system health and proactively resolve issuesTroubleshoot complex problems across cloud, OS, networking, and application layersAutomate provisioning, deployment, and configuration processesStandardize infrastructure practices and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with Sales Engineers to support technical demos and customer needsAssist in deployments within customer environments when requiredMaintain documentation, runbooks, and deployment guidesProvide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvementRequirements Skills9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or systems engineeringStrong hands-on experience with AWS and working knowledge of Microsoft AzureExpertise in Linux system administration in production environmentsExperience managing virtual machines, storage, and compute resourcesSolid understanding of networking concepts (VPC/VNet, routing, NAT, load balancers, security groups)Proven ability to deploy and manage enterprise applications in cloud environmentsExperience troubleshooting multi-tier architecturesStrong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similarFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AnsibleExperience automating infrastructure and deployment workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and cross-team collaboration abilitiesAdded AdvantageExperience with Docker or container-based environmentsExposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecturesExperience supporting demo platforms or customer-facing environmentsFamiliarity with ServiceNow integrations or similar toolsKnowledge of monitoring and logging tools for cloud platformsQualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc preferred.Technology: AWS load balancers Microsoft Azure NAT Python VPC/VNetJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Bengalore DelhiWork Mode: Onsite / HybridExperience: 9 Years
