SALARY RANGE: $100k - $150k IP Trademark Paralegal (Multiple Offices - CA)Candidates can work from:Los Angeles, CACentury City, CACosta Mesa, CADel Mar, CA Downtown San Diego, CA Silicon Valley, CASan Francisco, CAHybrid position working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week and working from home the rest of the week Qualified candidates must hold one of the following: ABA Paralegal CertificateAttestation letterJDA nationally recognized law firm with a highly regarded intellectual property practice is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join its growing team.This opportunity offers the chance to work within a collaborative environment supporting attorneys on complex domestic and international trademark matters for innovative global brands.Highlights of the role:Collaborative, team-oriented culture where paralegals are closely involved in substantive IP workExposure to high-profile U.S. and international trademark portfoliosStructured support teams and modern technology environmentHybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days in office)Key Responsibilities:Support attorneys with U.S. and international trademark prosecutionPrepare and file trademark applications with the USPTO and WIPOManage trademark portfolios, deadlines, and docketing requirementsHandle office actions, statements of use, renewals, and related filingsCoordinate with foreign associates on global trademark mattersAssist with TTAB proceedings, monitoring services, and trademark enforcementQualifications:4–7 years of trademark prosecution experience within a law firmExperience with both U.S. and international trademark filingsFamiliarity with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign trademark proceduresABA-approved Paralegal CertificateStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTechnology Environment:Windows 11, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams/Zoom, and document management systems.
