Job Description Salary: FFCO Technology Deployment ManagerLocation: Houston, TX; with up to 50% travel to field locations and suppliersBase Salary: $120,000 $140,000About CompanyWe are currently executing the first U.S. field deployment of our FFCO polymer system, a next-generation friction reducer technology developed for the Permian Basin unconventional market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of a high-visibility commercial launch with direct impact on the company's North American growth trajectory.Position SummaryThe EOR Technology Deployment Manager will lead the field deployment and scale-up of new chemical technologies across U.S. operations. This is a hands-on, field-focused role, responsible for ensuring new solutions are successfully implemented in live well environments.You will work directly with operators, pressure pumping companies, and field teams to translate technical solutions into reliable, repeatable operations. This role is critical to driving adoption of new technologies and supporting the companys growth strategy.This is not a traditional desk-based project management role, we are looking for someone who thrives in the field and can execute under real-world operational conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead first-time deployment of new EOR chemical technologies in field environmentsWork directly with pressure pumping crews, operators, and field supervisors during executionOversee application of friction reducers, polymers, and other production chemicals in live well conditionsTroubleshoot field execution issues in real time and drive immediate solutionsTranslate technical and lab-based solutions into field-ready procedures (SOPs)Support pilot programs and scale deployment across multiple wells and padsEnsure safe, efficient coordination of chemical supply, logistics, and field operationsPartner with commercial and technical teams to demonstrate value and performance to customersCollect and analyze field data to support performance validation and continuous improvementDrive adoption of new technology by building trust with operators and field personnelQualificationsRequired:5+ years of field operations experience in oil & gasHands-on experience with:Production chemicals / EOR / stimulation fluids, ORPressure pumping / frac operationsProven experience working on-site at well locationsExperience supporting new technology or product rollouts in the fieldStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in dynamic field environmentsPreferred:Experience with:Friction reducers (FR)Polymer systemsChemical injection or stimulation fluidsBackground with major service companies (e.g., Halliburton, SLB, Baker Hughes, Liberty, ProFrac, etc.)Experience working directly with oil & gas operatorsPlease note: this role requires genuine well-site field operations experience.
