Occasional overtime may occur but is not expected.Travel: Up to 10% for customer meetings or field visits.Expenses: Mileage reimbursement for business travel only.Focus: Own end-to-end delivery of small cell projects with emphasis on schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure projects meet customer contracts, timelines, and company policies. Apply core PM principles across Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing.Top 3 success skills:Strong communication, leadership, and organization abilities.Proven, hands-on project management skills (telecom experience preferred but not required).Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and variance management.Key qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP preferred.5+ years of project management experience.Experience managing project budgets and large datasets in Excel.Preferred knowledge: telco/construction services (power, fiber, antennas), public ROW deployments.Strengths: customer focus, planning/alignment, accountability, results orientation.Core responsibilities:Understand scope, goals, timelines, and run rates; plan resources and logistics.Serve as SME in customer deployment meetings.Maintain accurate, reportable data in internal and customer systems.Report status, manage risks/issues/dependencies/scope changes, and escalate as needed.Drive conflict resolution and ensure financial accountability across assigned projects.
