This role will assist the month-end financial review process, budgeting/forecasting and business insights. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will support the CFO/other senior leaders in a pivotal role for Nellis’ exponential growth.Drive month-end financial review process including management reporting and P&L insightsAssist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processesPerform variance analysis and generate data insights to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvementsAbility to automate existing monthly reporting processes and large datasets for regular usePrepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior managementDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performanceCollaborate with both international and cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projectsRequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred6+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance or related rolesStrong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills including data visualizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in automating data sets for financial useSolid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiencesDesired SkillsStrong attention to detail/accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to be a team player and to develop into a manager/leader of people in future rolesPosition LocationLas Vegas, NVWhat We OfferCompetitive salaries with significant career growth opportunitiesPaid time off, sick pay, holiday payPaid parental leaveMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with 4% match after one year of employmentApplyView All Jobs
