Ideal candidates will have experience in skilled home care nursing and proficiency in OASIS documentation, as well as strong clinical assessment skills.ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments, including cardiopulmonary evaluations.Administer wound care, including dressing changes and management of wound vacs.Perform IV therapy, including insertion, maintenance, and patient education.Manage high-risk diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD, myocardial infarction, pneumonia, strokes, and post-operative care.Conduct home skilled visits, averaging 6-8 per day.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of skilled home care experience required.OASIS training and experience are mandatory.Valid Florida RN license or compact license required.Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS).COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required; flu vaccination or declination required.Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
